Some of the many achievements and highlights of the year have included:

getting very positive feedback in our Stakeholder Survey
achieving great results in the Supporting People reviews
receiving hand-over of 29 new homes
taking 45 homes into ownership
introducing a new remuneration & appraisal system for staff
accepting the London Equal Opportunities Federation award for long service & support
adding two new posts to the establishment
welcoming four new members to the board and its committees
celebrating the 10th anniversary of our partnership with the Solomon Project
winning an award for our short video of our Learning at Work Day
negotiating the Family Mosaic stock transfer which resulted in 48 more homes in Camden
maintaining a healthy balance sheet in difficult times
and coming third in the Solomon Softball Competition at Regents Park!
