Anti-Social Behaviour

Anti-social behaviour or ASB as it is sometimes called is behaviour that is capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person.

ASB can include the following:

  • noise
  • dumped rubbish
  • vandalism
  • abandoned cars
  • harassment
  • criminal damage
  • drug dealing

We also deal with complaints from tenants who have minor disputes with neighbours.

Most ASB and neighbour disputes can be effectively resolved but we need your help to do this, so please be prepared to work in partnership with us. This link takes you to the Innisfree ASB Policy which contains practical advice to help you deal initially with ASB yourself but also if you need help from your housing officer, what you can expect from us.
