Anti-social Behaviour
Anti Social Behaviour – ASB is as defined in the Anti Social Behaviour Act 2003 as behaviour that is capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person and relates to or affects the way we manage our housing.
ASB covers a range of activities which affect the community which include the following: noise, dumped rubbish, vandalism, abandoned cars, harassment, or criminal damage. It is not about individual disputes with a neighbour.
Most ASB can be effectively resolved but Innisfree cannot do this without your assistance, so please be prepared to work in partnership with us. The link below takes you to the Innisfree ASB policy, this document contains practical advice to help you deal initially with ASB yourself.
See the Key Policies page to download the Innisfree ASB policy document.
