Our plans and strategies set out what Innisfree wants to achieve and how we intend to develop and improve our homes and services.
Our Corporate Plan sets our overall strategic direction, supported by plans and strategies covering particular areas of our work.
This page brings together information about our current plans and priorities.
Our Corporate Plan is designed to capture the essence of what we are trying to achieve and why.
Our current plan has four main themes:
Providing more homes
We want to provide more genuinely affordable, high-quality homes for the communities we serve.
Delivering for our communities
Our ambition is that our core offer of high-quality, affordable homes is complemented by services and support for the communities we serve.
Making best use of our resources
We want to make effective use of our financial, physical and human resources to deliver our priorities and provide high-quality services.
Speaking up with the communities we serve
We want to use our role and experience to speak up with the communities we work with and ensure their experiences and priorities are heard.
These four themes provide the framework through which we work towards our mission.
The Board reviews our Corporate Plan and the associated action plan regularly.
Our annual plans contribute to delivery of our three-year strategy and are approved by the Board each year, with progress against targets monitored to provide assurance that the strategy is being delivered.
