We publish our annual audited financial statements, which provide detailed information about Innisfree’s finances.
Our financial statements include information about our:

- investment in existing and new homes
- Value for Money performance.

Some residents pay service charges towards the cost of providing particular services to their home, block or estate.
This may include relevant categories such as:
- communal cleaning
- grounds maintenance
- communal electricity
- lift servicing
- communal repairs or maintenance
- other services provided to relevant buildings or estates.
Information about an individual resident’s service charge will continue to be provided directly to them through the normal service charge process.
