As the government enters into phase 4 of the roadmap to recovery we are hoping that we will begin to see some normality return. However the health and safety of our residents and staff still remains our top priority, so it is important that we continue to do everything we can to keep you safe and protect the services most important to you.
Our office building at 190 Iverson Road will be open to visitors by pre-booked appointment only. Appointments can be made by phone on 020 7625 1818 or by email at email@example.com.
When you contact us, we will ask you some simple questions to determine the level of risk to you, our staff and our contractors from coronavirus. We are doing this for all our residents, so please don’t be offended and please do answer honestly.
Our office arrangements for managing the risk of infection remain in place and we would ask all visitors to use the hand sanitiser provided as they enter the building. Staff will always have masks available if you do not have one with you.
Our staff will be carrying out home visits and estate inspections, and both our staff and contractors will still be required to wear a mask if requested to do so by a resident, and will keep their distance from residents where possible. Please ensure your home is ventilated during your appointment.
We continue to operate a full range of both housing and repairs services. However, it should be noted that many contractors are struggling with the supply of materials and this, alongside staffing issues due to self-isolating etc may cause some continued delays to works.
