My Tenancy – how to use your online account

Would you like to be able to access your rent account or report a repair online, 24 hours a day?  Did you know you can do this using My Tenancy on our website – on your mobile, tablet or PC!

The key features of your secure online portal are:

  • You can pay your rent online
  • Look at your rent account to see recent transactions
  • Place a repair request
  • View your repair order history and see any outstanding repairs
  • Download documents relating to your tenancy, such as your tenancy agreement
  • See the personal information we have about you

Getting set up

  1. Go to My Tenancy in the online tools
  2. Click create an account
  3. Enter your email address and create a password
  4. An activation link will be sent to your email account
  5. Activate the account by clicking the link

You are now registered!

The next step is to call us on 020 7625 1818 and we will give you your unique tenant key, alternatively email us on

Once you have your tenant key:

  1. Go to My Tenancy in the online tools
  2. Sign in by entering your email address and password
  3. Accept the use of cookies
  4. Select your provider from the dropdown list – click Innisfree
  5. Enter your Tenant key
  6. Enter your Birth date
  7. Click Submit

Congratulations!  You are now online!

How to use your online account

Home – here you will find a summary of all your personal information.

Personal information – here you will find all personal and household details linked to your account.

Statement of account – here you’ll find a breakdown of payments made and due.

You can also click pay online to make payments.  You will need your Allpay password to access the payment section.

Repair history – here you will find the last 12 months of your repairs history.

You can also click Request a Repair to report any new repairs. Select an option in the repair wizard, attach photos, and tell us more about the issue.

Contact us – here you will find our contact details and links to our email addresses related to your tenancy.

Files – here you can download documents relating to your tenancy, such as your tenancy agreement.

Sign out – make sure you click sign out when you are finished to protect your personal information.

You can still report a repair by phone and request a paper statement. If your repair is urgent or is an emergency then please call us on 020 7625 1818.
