The most convenient way to pay your rent is by Direct Debit. You won’t need to worry about changing your payments when your rent changes as we will automatically adjust the Direct Debit instalments for you. Please call Sean Cogan on 0207 625 1818 option 3 to set up a Direct Debit.
You can also visit Allpay and use your Allpay card to make an online rent payment. If you do not have an Allpay card, you can request your PRN number from us to be able to make payments online.
Please note that the Allpay site will not show the current balance on your rent account. To find out your current balance please contact your Income Management Officer, Sean Cogan on 0207 625 1818 option 3 to set up a Direct Debit.
You can also use your Allpay card to pay your rent at the Post Office or at any shop displaying the PayPoint sign. Find your local PayPoint store here.
