Your repairs

Looking after your home is a two-way responsibility. We are responsible for most, but not all, repairs. You are responsible for keeping your home in good condition and reporting to us problems that occur as soon as they happen. You are also responsible for making sure that family members and visitors do not damage your home.

During office hours, you can report your repair to us in the following ways:

When you report a repair, we will need to know your name and address, a contact telephone number and a detailed description of the repair i.e. what needs repairing and where the repair is. It would also be useful for us to know the times when it is convenient for us to carry out the repair inline with our repairs categories.

All calls for gas heating and hot water repairs will need to be directed to our main office number 020 7625 1818 then, by selecting option 1, you will be able to report your heating or hot water repair directly to John O’Connor’s servicing and repairs team. John O’Connor is our appointed heating contractor.

For all out of hours emergency repairs call 020 7625 1818 and press option 1 to report a repair [17:00 – 09:00 Mon- Fri, all day Saturday and Sunday, and Bank Holidays].

Maybe it’s a song your grandparents used to sing. Maybe it’s the way your family gathers, the humour, the storytelling. Maybe it’s something you’re still figuring out. This month, we’re opening up the conversation; let’s talk about what being Irish means to each of us. ... See MoreSee Less
