How we handle data and privacy

We collect personal data to

  • Enable us to offer services to our residents
  • To monitor and improve the services we offer

We will only collect the personal data we need to deliver our services, and we hold and process it securely.

Mostly the information we collect is from you – for example when you apply for one of our homes, or you sign an agreement with us.

While using information to offer our services, sometimes we share information about you and the people you live with to other organisations – for example contractors carrying our repairs, relevant Local Authority partners, or to another landlord if you are looking to move or exchange your home.

We will only ever keep your personal data for the time it is required to provide you with services. Sometimes we are legally obliged to keep it for a set period of time after this, and you can ask us how long we keep it by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
